It makes all the difference in the world how you view a business based on the person that you’re working with. Traci Crespo is the service professional that I always connect with, purposely, to help me to understand what my car needs to function efficiently. If I need an explanation of a particular recommendation, Traci has the answer and that will help determine my decision. She’s professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and has integrity. Recently bought a used car from this dealership. Overall I enjoyed the experience. They were responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. In addition, they were not pushy about upgrades or extended warranties. Their dealership is quite nice and seemed to have a nice selection of vehicles. Would have given them five stars but I ended up having to wait in their office for almost 1.5 hours before being able to speak with their fiance department to close the deal. They apologized a number of times, but I still recommend increasing the headcount in the finance department (at least on weekends). However, the finance rep was clear, efficient, and polite once I met with them.

I believe what makes a difference when you step into a place is their people and how you are treated. It plays a huge role on how a relationship with the company will develop and definitely sets a tone for any business you want to conduct with them. In my case, my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Marin has been great. I purchased my C-Class vehicle last year (2022) and I continue to come back for service. Although everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Marin have been very nice and helpful, this review is for Jorge. Jorge is one of the most knowledgeable, patient and kind people at the dealership, he takes the time to answer all of my questions in person and via phone/text. Jorge provides me with all the information I need to make informed decisions when it comes to servicing my vehicle. What I love most about any company is the people that brings value to it. Jorge’s commitment to ensure customers are taken care of just shows how valuable he is within the company. He truly goes out of his way to make sure clients vehicle service process is as painless as possible and makes sure that every aspect of the transaction is handled smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Marin for having people like Jorge, he is a huge asset to your company and thank you Jorge for being so kind, helpful and empathetic towards everyone that sits at your desk. I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I had the pleasure of working with Carlos in finance and Max in sales, and they both went above and beyond to make my car-buying process a seamless and enjoyable one. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Max greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different models and features. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect car that met all of my needs. I never felt pressured or rushed, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships I've been to in the past. Once I had chosen my car, Carlos took over and made the financing process a breeze. Very prompt and professional team at MB of Marin. Within minutes of inquiring about a car I received a phone call to arrange a time for a test drive. Kaleb Aguilar was our client advisor. Kaleb listened intently to our questions and provided informative responses and information about the car during our test drive and the sales process. Very streamlined process for purchasing and good interactions with the sales team. The sales manager, Gino was great to work with as well. Drove home in a beautiful S580 at the end.

We had the best experience with Mark. He was extremely helpful, caring and courteous. He patiently showed us the car inside and out and explained all the features.we never felt any pressure from Mark. He is the best person to work with. There were some added services for paint protection and … that were not listed in the total price that we saw on the car and we were told when we were buying the car. I would have preferred to see it from the beginning as the total price of the car not being surprised later.

I recently purchased a certified preowned vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Marin. It was a seamless experience. There was no pressure to purchase in the first place, just some informed discussion and opportunity to test drive. Michele was my sales person and she was absolutely fantastic! She could answer every question I had and after the purchase she spent an hour with me inside the car so I would know how to utilize all of its features expertly. When it came to financing Rob Martinez went above and beyond to get me spectacular rates for financing… basically unbelievable rates! And he thoroughly explained the warrantees involved in my car. I plan on doing all my services at this dealership as well because I had such a great experience in purchasing and financing.

Excellent dealership. I visited for repairs and maintenance with a car that I brought from the east coast and had not been serviced in a while. Jonathan was incredibly helpful and I’m very happy with his expertise, attentiveness, communication, and the finished product. Now that European Motors have moved to the nether regions, it’s time to rediscover great customer service at Mercedes-Benz of Marin. I have just had my CLA Serviced - and the customer service was wonderful. My service advisor was Donna and she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. MB Marin fixed me up with a really nice loaner vehicle. One couldn’t wish for more. A great place and very easy to get to: a place where you know you are going to receive the best.

My wife’s check engine light came on…Mercedes of Marin was quick to take in the vehicle and diagnose the problem. Turns out it was the camshaft adjusters needed to be replaced. Angelo Gomez was our service advisor and was great to work with. Use to service at Mercedes of San Francisco but my service advisor retired and Mercedes of SF moved to South San Francisco…Mercedes of Marin was relatively closer than the other dealerships…so glad I tried them out! Great service experience overall…will definitely come back in the future!
